Dear Deviants
I love having a blog because I treat it like my diary. Recently my page traffic has gone up since my entry into the mainstream adult film industry which is great. Welcome to the fictional nation of debauchery, new deviants. Here’s all of my updates on everything including my shoots, collabs, projects, book stuff and even my published article in N Magazine - the official Naturist Society Foundation magazine.
I’m nervous but ready for my fictional baby to be perceived by a wider audience. Writing has both given me an outlet for stress and helps me connect better with other people. I’m a far better writer and stage performer than I am a social butterfly. The third cover prototype is already on my twitter but I’ll reveal the final cover everywhere this week.
Arie has been an incredibly difficult, but rewarding kid to raise. When people ask me if the book is about me, I use this metaphor. I am me, Arie is a product of me which makes me her mom. While we share many things in common, we’re also different in so many other ways. Please read her as her own person, because real life me doesn’t do her justice. The third book will be out shortly through ebook and print! As for the second audiobook, I have to put it on pause until my third book is out. I started DC in order to complete a PRINTED book series, audiobooks came later when they were requested.
I digress, onto adult industry shooting and collabing. I had a very fun first BG shoot with Mofos and this past weekend had my first BG shoot with Nookies. So far the directors I’ve worked with have been both considerate and welcoming. The actors and actresses are all super hot and make my job easy, #bestcoworkersever. One of the shoots was my first with extras which was so kinky to me. I kept messing around with my sexy costar in front of everyone between takes. Let’s get to my indie stuff. I’ve been collabing like crazy and already put out a couple of my BG vids. Coming soon another BG with a costar I worked with last month. He’s so sweet and so much fun, we did a second BGG collab and I’m stoked at how they look so far. Those vids should be up on my OF with teasers on my redgifs and Pornhub. Soon I’ll also be on Manyvids! Also I got some great news this week and will be emceeing the next Hottest Dancer Contest at Reign Ladies’ & Gentlemen’s Club September 12th at 10pm!
My article for N magazine finally came out and I LOVE the photos they picked of me. I hope people read my article and get inspired to create something of their own. My remarks on the adult industry were before I entered the mainstream porn arena. As a former fully indie creator, dancer and nude model I do still stand by my words but I’d like to note they do not necessarily apply to my experience in mainstream.
Comparatively, mainstream does allow for more safe creativity than indie/dancing/NM because the production that goes into it is far higher quality. Actors also have a standard of conduct that indie creators are not held to - regular STD testing, proof of identity, and written consent. I just wanted to clarify that. There is no valid debate, I feel safer collabing with mainstream folks and I’m happy where I’m at.
